In case you are receiving the following error message when you try to publish your website with FrontPage:

Could not find a web server at www.domain.com. Please check to make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set correctly.

you should make sure that the DNS servers for your domain name are correctly set to point to your SiteGround ones. You can find the valid DNS servers for your hosting account by logging into your Customers' area, click on the My accounts icon and then on the Manage button next to the hosting account. You will find the correct details in there.

If you have registered your domain name with another company, please ask them to adjust the DNS servers for your domain name to point to your SiteGround ones.

If you have registered your domain name with SiteGround, you can change its DNS settings from your Customers' area -> My accounts -> Manage button next to your domain name. Your domain name should be listed under your web hosting account extras.
