If you have administrative account for a Mantis installation and you want to create a new user here are the steps you need to follow:


  1. Log in to Mantis as administrator.

  2. Go to Manage > Manage Users.

  3. Click the Create New Account button

  4. Enter the required information and click Create User.

Note that you need to use an email address the new user has access to in order to finalize the account creation. Also this is where you specify the access level for the new account.
