Fantastico offers and supports only certain scripts because of compatibility reasons.

There are some popular scripts not included in Fantastico and SiteGround offers manual installation  for them. Thus you can request the installation of a script not included in Fantastico by logging in your Customer's area and going to Get Support -> Script Installation.
